• Provide a scalable and powerful IPTV and digital signage solution.
• Ability to easily manage over 400 endpoints.
• Control digital media and signage via any network connected PC, tablet, remote control or IP phone.

Fulfilment

• 455 Cisco media players initially added rising to over 750 for larger events.
• All of these devices were managed by the Venue application available to multiple users at any one time delivering a powerful blend of IPTV and digital signage.
• Control of Venue was possible for authorised users via the website application or network connected tablets. The tablet control enabled staff to quickly make changes on the fly from any location within the QNCC.
• Using Cisco IP phones or a remote control, delegates and press members were able to access a variety of video on demand channels.

Evaluation

• Forming part of the Qatar Foundation’s Education City in Doha, the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) opened in December 2011 and has already gained a reputation as the Middle East’s leading convention and conference centre. Since the QNCC’s opening Enabledware’s Venue software has been powering the delivery of an ever-expanding variety of content.
