Project Brief

• The ICC located in Texas required an powerful IPTV and digital signage system to manage their screens across the venue (and even in the lifts).  The IPTV system is to provide the ability to display images, video, playlists and a split screen template displaying all these aspects with zones including a clock and live weather information. A room management system should also be included to display schedules, room availability and display schedules for large and multiple events.

Fulfilment

• Venue IPTV servers were installed to manage the large number of endpoints.
• Venue room management and booking system feature applied.
• Wayfinding feature added for information displays.
• Custom split screen zoned templates with seasonal design and branding implemented.
• Live XML data to deliver weather feeds graphically.

Evaluation

• Since the Installation of the IPTV system, Enabledware worked closely with the client to introduce bespoke ideas to the IPTV software of how they wanted to improve their daily management schedule. These ideas and features were implemented and delivered successfully.
